The Bead Factory Refund Policy
Effective Date: 06/06/2025

We want you to love your jewelry from The Bead Factory. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review the details of our refund and return policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

To be eligible for a return and refund, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.

  • Must be returned with original packaging, including any jewelry boxes or pouches.

  • The return must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.

Note: Sale items, final sale items, customized pieces, or gift cards are non-refundable and non-returnable unless defective.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a return and refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at thebeadfactory0@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return.

  2. Once approved, we will provide return instructions and a return shipping address.

  3. Package the item securely and include your original receipt or proof of purchase.

Please allow up to 48 business hours to receive a response once your request is submitted.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of postage. The Bead Factory is not responsible for items lost in return transit.

 

4. Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email.

  • If the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original method of payment.

  • Shipping charges from your original order are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order separately.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue. We’ll make it right by offering a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank or credit card account again.

  2. Contact your payment provider—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. If you’ve done all of the above and still haven’t received your refund, please email us at thebeadfactory0@gmail.com.

8. Policy Updates

The Bead Factory reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted to this page and take effect immediately.
