Shipping Policy

At The Bead Factory, we’re committed to getting your sparkle to you quickly and safely. We offer reliable shipping options to ensure your jewelry arrives in perfect condition, on time.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST will begin processing the next business day. During peak periods, such as holiday seasons or promotional events, processing times may be extended up to 3–5 business days.

We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay in processing your order.

2. Shipping Methods & Rates (Domestic U.S. Only)

We offer multiple shipping options through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Shipping costs and delivery timeframes are calculated at checkout based on your selection.

Standard Shipping 3–5 business days FREE on orders $30+ / $4 flat rate

3. Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number(s). Tracking information is usually updated within 24 hours of shipment. You can track the progress of your shipment via the carrier’s website.

5. Delivery Issues and Lost Packages

Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier, The Bead Factory is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. If your order is marked as delivered but not received:

  • Please verify the shipping address.

  • Check with household members or neighbors.

  • Contact the shipping carrier for assistance.

If you are still unable to locate your package, contact us at thebeadfactory0@gmail.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date, and we will do our best to assist you.

6. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is complete and accurate at the time of checkout. The Bead Factory is not liable for packages delayed or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to have it re-shipped.

7. Undeliverable or Refused Shipments

If an order is returned to us due to an undeliverable address or is refused by the recipient, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping fees may apply.

8. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses at this time.

  • Orders cannot be shipped to multiple addresses. To ship items to different addresses, separate orders must be placed.
