Shipping Information

Thebeadfactory.net accepts orders 24 hours a day, every day of the week. Orders are processed in the order they are received. All orders placed during normal business hours will be processed immediately, and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday) except Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays. . The Bead Factory ships to the contiguous 48 states, the District of Columbia, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

Shipping Confirmation

A shipping confirmation email is sent when all or part of your order is on its way to you. This email will also include the tracking information for your shipment. Please allow up to 12-24 business hours from shipping confirmation, to have visibility to carrier tracking data and tracking movement.

Free Ground Shipping:

The Bead Factory offers Free UPS Ground shipping when the subtotal in your shopping bag is greater than or equal to $50.00, excluding tax and any other offers or price adjustments. To determine whether you have qualified for free ground shipping, the free ground shipping option will be automatically selected in your shopping cart when you are prompted to choose your shipping method.
