Return can be made within 7 days from the day you received merchandise for an Exchange only.

If 7 days have gone since the day you received merchandise, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable.

*Plated color changed cannot be return.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Item(s) must be in original unused condition. All tags, cards, boxes and/or pouches must be included with your exchange.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or/and any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery cannot be exchange.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed. The Bead Factory will exchange the item(s) for the original item(s) ordered or an item(s) of equal or similar value if same item is not available.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

•Please include the exchange authorization number along with nature of the defect in your exchange package.
• Exchange packages must include tracking or delivery confirmation. THE BEAD FACTORY is not responsible for items lost in return transit.
•Please pack exchanges with adequate protective padding and materials, as merchandise damaged from improper packaging or otherwise will NOT be accepted.
•Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for exchange shipping costs.
