Winter Workshops
Registration starts Friday, January 6th!
To start 2012 classes off, we are doing a fun "Class Preview Night" party on Thursday, January 5th from 6:00 - 9:00 PM. Come on down and see the samples up close, talk to teachers, and be able to sign up that night! Registration opens officially the next morning on Friday, January 6th at 9:00 AM online & in store.
This quarter we have 15 brand new classes for you! In addition, we have 5 updated classes from the archives that I think you'll love. In the fall Mark made a necklace that got auctioned off for the YWCA Jewelers for Joy event. That necklace took the top bid of the night, and now you can create it for yourself!
I've also designed several new project classes from my last buying trip to New York, inspired by all the great jewelry fashion there! Super fun & super chic!
Fresh Water Pearl Sale!
Our most popular sale of the year is our annual Fresh Water Pearl Sale in late February. Preview Night is February 16th, and the sale is from February 17th to February 26th.
Trunk Shows!
We have several exciting trunk shows planned. Artists give us a "trunk" load of their beads to display in our store for just a weekend. I'm super excited to welcome back our Venetian Glass trunk show - so many unique and beautiful designs straight from Italy! Keep your eyes open for specific dates in early March.

Do we have your email address?
Many times, we come up with fabulous sales and events at the last minute and the only way we're able to let you know about them is through email! If you're a Bead Club Member that hasn't been receiving your weekly email newsletter from us, you may be missing out! In addition to last-minute specials and sale notification, we always remind you of the pre-planned events from your last workshop brochure or newsletter, just in case it slipped your mind. To make sure we have your correct email address on file, please email us (don't forget to include your full name so we can attach your address to the right account)!
Return Policy Change
If you are unhappy for any reason with your purchase, The Bead Factory will gladly do an exchange for you within 7 days of purchase. Product needs to be in or with the original packaging and accompanied by the original sales receipt. We are unable to do cash or credit card refunds at this time. Any returns or monetary difference in an exchange will be put on a Bead Factory gift card or your Bead Club account for you to use at a future visit. Store credit can be used for any type of purchase - product, classes, sales etc...Thanks for shopping with us today!
